Management and Supervision in Child and Family Welfare
The program Management and Supervision in Child and Family Welfare aims to train specific skills for management and supervision in the field of social protection of children and adults. The master's degree is addressed to graduates of a form of higher education.
Graduates of the master's program Management and supervision in child and family welfare will have the opportunity to work in one or more of the following specializations recognized by the Classification of Occupations in Romania):

- Manager (COR Code 112029);
- Head of office/administrative service (COR Code 121966);
- Researcher in social assistance (COR Code 263510);
- Research assistant in social assistance (COR Code 258208);
- Adviser to public institutions (COR Code 111010);
- Counselor in the field of addictions (COR Code 263502);
- Specialist in the vocational assessment of people with disabilities (COR Code 263506);
- Career guidance counselor (COR Code 241208);
- Social enterprise manager (COR Code 112036).
In addition to these, graduates of the master's program can also access other positions, such as: social service; project manager; supervisor, etc.
The curriculum is adapted to the specialization and the courses will run for four semesters and will be supported by university teaching staff with national and international expertise in the field.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
Admission methodology: mixed
- written exam with grade + performance in the license exam
The weight of each grade is as follows:
- 25% average obtained in the license exam (3 or 4 years); 75% written exam.
IMPORTANT! For the master's program in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, candidates will be distributed among the two training areas, immediately after the entrance exam according to the following criteria:
1. The candidate's option for one of the two training directions: Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and Systemic Family Therapy, expressed on the registration form.
2. If there are more than 30 options in one of the two training directions, redistribution will be made to the second option, depending on the order of grades obtained in the master's entrance exam.

The Master's in LABOR, ORGANIZATIONAL AND TRANSPORT PSYCHOLOGY is designed to ensure:
• the right combination of specialists from the university environment (with practical experience, national / international scientific visibility) and practitioners (with experience in multinational organizations / psychological offices);
• focusing on the development of skills provided by the College of Psychologists in Romania for the specialties: work and organizational psychology and applied psychology in transport;

Why is the Educational Counseling and Integration master's attractive?
Psychoeducational interventions in school are an increasingly present necessity in today's educational reality. Studies show that approximately 30% of students need some form of educational support during their schooling. In the context where societal changes are an increasingly present stressor, students, teachers and parents increasingly need support from specialists - school counselors. Classes are increasingly diverse, and the phenomenon of school inclusion is a reality that has become a habit (approximately 90% of teachers in Romania have had a student with SEN in their class).
If you want to deepen your knowledge in working qualitatively and effectively with students who need support, to collaborate with teachers in multidisciplinary teams or to advise parents, the CIE option is the most suitable!
What will you learn?
CIE is a specialization master's program, which will help you to strengthen, develop and diversify your counseling and psychoeducational intervention skills. At the end of the master's degree you will be able to:
• You make educational and psychopedagogical evaluations necessary to know the students and monitor their progress.
• Plan, implement and critically analyze individual and group counseling programs.
• Educationally advise students, teachers and parents.
• Vocationally advise students, to support them in making career plans.
• Plan, implement and critically analyze individualized psychopedagogical intervention programs and specific psychopedagogical therapies.
• You make curricular adaptations through collaborations in the interdisciplinary team.
Who is CIE for?
To be able to practice as a school counselor, initial training with a bachelor's degree in Special Psychopedagogy, Pedagogy, Psychology or other social sciences is required, and to practice as a psychopedagogical teacher, initial training with a bachelor's degree in Special Psychopedagogy, Pedagogy, Psychology is required . The CIE master's program ensures the specialization and deepening of skills on these initial trainings. Also, any bachelor level graduate, teacher, regardless of the initial specialization, can follow the CIE program if they want to specialize in the field of educational integration or counseling as a manager of the class of students, to develop professionally and find solutions to situations classroom practices.

EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND CURRICULAR DEVELOPMENT

The Master of Educational Management and Curriculum Development (MEDC) capitalizes on the experience of the Department of Educational Sciences in providing postgraduate specialization in educational management for more than 10 years. The master's program is improved as a curricular offer, compared to the previous master's in educational management, by the fact that it emphasizes curricular development, makes the curricular offer attractive also for those who do not aspire to managerial positions, but are only concerned with improving their own courses and educational offers . In this way, the MEDC supplements the didactic master's degrees, still not sufficiently clearly regulated, enabling the graduates to conceptualize, implement, evaluate any approach, material or curricular action.
At the same time, the master's program is compatible with master's programs from 10 universities, from 9 European countries (www.esrale.org)
The master's program is designed in accordance with the curricular requirements and credits related to the inclusion criteria in the National Register of Experts in Educational Management (cf. O.MECTS 5549_2011), provides specializations for different occupations recognized in the Classification of Occupations in Romania, with at least four specializations covered distinct through a single program, in addition to the educational manager specialization:

• In the management and administration of educational institutions;
