Lector univ. dr. Ramona Bran
Lector univ. dr. Ramona-Alice Bran este cadru didactic titular la Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (UVT) din anul 2005. A studiat limba și literatura engleza la UVT și a finalizat un masterat de anglistica și americanistica, tot la UVT. Apoi a urmat studiile doctorale la Universitatea TU Dortmund, Germania, sub coordonarea prof. univ. dr. Walter Grünzweig. A obținut titlul de doctor în filologie în 2014, în urma susținerii tezei interdisciplinare cu titlul „Immigration: A Lifelong Pregnancy? An Analysis of Jhumpa Lahiri’s Fiction”. Diploma de doctor i-a fost recunoscuta de Ministerul Educației și cercetarii din România în 2015. Ramona-Alice Bran este membru în organizatii profesionale sau stiintifice precum RAAS (The Romanian Association for American Studies) și SRSAA (Societatea Româna de Studii de Anglistica si Americanistica), afiliata la ESSE (The European Society for the Study of English), dar și în comisia de imagine a FSP. Din 2014 face parte din Departamentul de psihologie, din cadrul Facultații de Sociologie și Psihologie, UVT.
