Lect. univ. dr. Mihaela Mitescu-Manea
Lector universitar, doctor în Științele Educației și responsabil pentru programul de studii de licență, specializarea Pedagogie. Mihaela s-a alăturat colectivului Departamentului de Științe ale Educației în octombrie 2019, continuând un parcurs profesional dedicat mai bine de 15 ani învățământului superior și cercetării educaționale din România. Din 2018, Mihaela este convener al Network 1: Professional Learning and Development, în cadrul European Educational Research Association. A condus proiecte de cercetare finanțate de UEFISCDI (2007- 2008; 2010 – 2012) și a obținut o bursă de cercetare doctorală OSI-Chevening la Universitatea Oxford (2007-2008). Ca cercetător post-doctoral a desfășurat stagii la Center for the Study of Professions – Oslo & Aarhus University College, Oslo, Norvegia (2011) și Department of Education - Universitatea Oxford, Marea Britanie (2011). Cercetările sale sunt centrate pe probleme de învățare și dezvoltare profesională în domeniul educației, de structurare a învățării și dezvoltării organizațiilor educaționale și pe probleme de echitate educațională și wellbeing – aspecte pe care le abordează din perspectivă socio-culturală, cu accent pe teoriile activității, ca fundament epistemologic.
